Terms of Service/User Agreement ___________________________________________________________________

Program: ZTCUSA.com Social & Business Networking
Affiliate: Members and non-members who have signed up to promote ZTC Products and services in exchange for commissions on sales.
Member: Registered website users.
Governing Laws: State of Alaska and U.S. Federal Laws

Section 1 Membership:
ZTC agrees to grant limited membership to anyone regardless of race, creed, sex, political affiliations, age or religion except where required by law. Due to possible linking to pornographic materials within member profiles without ZTC's knowledge or consent, parents are advised to view this site with any children under the age of 18. Every attempt will be made to delete links to illegal websites and any inappropriate images.
User agrees not to link ZTC to any site illegal in nature by the Governing laws set forth in the glossary of terms. You may not upload any pictures containing nudity for public viewing, pictures of an adult nature or adult links and may not be shared on this site with other members.
Section 2 Rights:
By agreement to accept free membership at ZTC, or as an affiliate you agree to grant limited license to ZTC to provide such media as text, photo, video, audio, and other graphic to the public from this site and its e-mail media such as newsletters. Without such license we would not be able to make your profiles public. You still maintain full rights over further distribution of your works, and ZTC may not reproduce for profit any works without grant of extended license from the author.
Section 3 Rights to media:
By uploading media to the site i.e.. Audio/Video it can be assumed that these materials will be downloaded for personal use. In no manner may any member download media of any type for reproduction of distribution without written consent of the author.
Section 4 file and software sharing:
No software may be uploaded without permission of the author to distribute such software freely. If requested you must provide a statement of rights allowing free distribution or proof that you are the author of such media. No sypware, adware, or virus of any type may be uploaded to the system. We will take legal action and pursue damages.
Section 5 Privacy Statement:
In no manner will ZTC provide for sale or trade any personal information about our members except under court order. We reserve the right to send 2 newsletters per month to the entire membership that will contain ads along with content, each member agrees to receive these newsletters as our means of funding this free community. You may cancel your membership at any time. Affiliates will also receive training materials, motivational letters, and links to promotion tools as needed from Admin.
Section 6 Affiliate Agreement:
All members and non-members of ZTC are permitted to join our free affiliate program to promote ZTC, it’s products, and services. In return for your efforts we will issue payment of any commissions from sales from your referral effort on these pay periods:
Monthly Pay Periods: Commissions up to the last day of the month will be issued through Pay-Pal by the 7th of the following month. In rare circumstances we will make an exception and pay via check, in such case please allow 5 additional days for U.S.P.S. Delivery. All checks issued will be sent insured mail and a fee, not to exceed $20 but no less than $5 will be assed to cover these cost.
Your legal status as an affiliate: Affiliates are deemed to be private contractors providing a pay per performance service to ZTC. Though we are required to record information such as social security number and track amounts paid to you for purpose of preparing our own tax returns, we do not report or withhold taxes on your behalf. It is your responsibility to report any income in accordance with your local and federal laws.
ZTC bears no liability for damages incurred due to your not reporting earned income.
SPAM, or unsolicited e-mail, forum, and blog posting of ZTC links is prohibited and you will be held accountable for damages incurred due to your negligence.
Statistics provided on this site are in no way a guarantee that you will earn money at ZTC, they are an example of possible earnings only. Some members will earn more, some will earn less, and some will not earn a dime based on a lot of factors out of our controls, such as ad copy, targeted advertising media, and effort put forth by the affiliate.
Section 7 Behavior:
We offer each member a wide range of freedom on this site. Use of this site allows all views to be presented and if you agree you may join groups and invite friends, if you do not agree with a view, please respect the rights of others and stay out of the places on the site where you are subject to those views. ZTC is melting pot for people from all walks of life and can not and will not tolerate hateful post, slamming, flaming, and bigotry.
Section 8 Liability:
Downloads and offers provided on the site seldom are provided by ZTC. Our products that are offered are offered on a per item basis as to warranty please see the sales pages for details. By using this site and downloading materials from ZTC you agree to hold us harmless in the event that such downloads are defective, contain viruses, or in any way cause harm to your person or P.C.
It is advised that all members hide personal information such as home and e-mail addresses from public view and share data only with trusted sources. As such we can not be held accountable should you provide you information publicly to any 3rd party. Again all site services are at risk due to the nature of today’s society and you are advised to use caution before exchanging funds or information, and use virus sweep etc… when dealing with any 3rd party downloads.
Accounts may be cancelled by you at any time. Upon your election to cancel, your account will be cancelled within 24 hours, but if you have paid for a period in advance you will be allowed to use the remaining time according to these Terms of Service unless your account or this Agreement is suspended or terminated based on our belief that you have violated this Agreement. There will be no refunds for any unused time on a subscription or any prepaid fees for any portion of the Service.
ZTC has the right at any time for any reason or no reason to suspend or terminate your Account, terminate this Agreement, and/or refuse any and all current or future use of the Service without notice or liability to you. In the event that ZTC suspends or terminates your Account or this Agreement, you understand and agree that you shall receive no refund or exchange for any unused time on a subscription, any license or subscription fees, any content or data associated with your Account, or for anything else.
Disclaimer:
This document contains materials required for our protection and yours by law. Laws change and so will this policy from time to time. It is your responsibility to check back and stay up to date with the terms of membership. Violations of this policy will result in action including but not limited to suspension, banishment, deletion of violating items, criminal and civil prosecution based on the offence. All crimes will be reported to the proper authorities.
