| Guest | Hey Jude, While I have not had the pleasure of attending culenary school, I have trained under 4 executive chef's my father included. My dad was a Master Chef for Holiday Inn prior to getting started in Law Enforcement and then later his own business. I owned a seasonal restaurant in Arizona for a year, but lost it when the summer came and the population went from over 2 million to under 2300. Bad lease, could not sustain it during the off season. I specialize in soups, sauses, and dressings. Have worked in Italian, Seafood, and Steak House restaurants primarily. It will be a pleasure getting to know you better. Andy |

 Registered: 01 May : 06:12 | I started cooking in New Orleans in 1964 and trained under a French Chef in one of the hotels there. I worked a number of places and in 1983 took a breather and hired on as a deputy in the Washington Parrish Sherrif's office and did that for 4 years then went back to cooking. I moved back to Dallas in 1980 and have been here since. Jude |
